Paras Kharel (Pareshor)

General Secretary

Pareshor Kharel brings 18 years of extensive experience in setting up, managing, and scaling customer experience contact centers. Since 2014, he has been serving as the Managing Director of Kantipur Management, where he leads strategic planning, talent acquisition, operational optimization, and client relationship management. Under his leadership, the company has emerged as a trusted provider of customer support and HR outsourcing solutions in Nepal.

Before founding Kantipur Management, he served as the Managing Director of Rolling Plains, a call and contact center company, where he gained hands-on experience managing customer experience centers of various scales—from 5 to 200 seats. He has also provided consultancy services to telecom companies, ISPs, and government agencies to establish and enhance their customer service operations.

Mr. Kharel has a solid track record of delivering excellence in customer experience and operational efficiency. In addition to his corporate work, he is the Past President of the Rotary Club of Kathmandu Metro and currently serves as the General Secretary of the Federation of Outsourcing and Staffing Institution Nepal (FOSIN) for the 2025–2027 term.
