Mohan Ojha started his career 38 years ago and served in various corporate organizations. He started his career from scratch and served at Khetan Group of Industries in Nepal for 15 years and Chaudhary Group of Industries worldwide for 5 years as HR / Admin and Corporate Affairs where he also became HOD. After working almost for two decades in the corporate world and facing many difficulties in the sector of Human Resources (HR), he felt the need to strengthen HR so he started his venture, Growth Sellers Pvt. Ltd. – a complete HR solution. Determined to serve in the HR business, he is continuously serving the nation through managing HR since 2008. He is the Founder of Growth Sellers Pvt. Ltd., Growth Leadership Academy Pvt Ltd and Corporate Club Nepal Pvt Ld.

Furthermore, he serves as the President of the Management Association of Nepal (MAN) for the tenure of 2024 to 2026 where he actively contributes to shaping the country’s management landscape. He is also engaged in various volunteer organizations in Nepal. He is the Founder Member and Past President of the Human Resource Society Nepal (HRSN) . He has served as the President of HRSN from 2017 to 2021 and continues to play a pivotal role in promoting excellence in HR Management. He is also the Founder/President of the Federation of Outsourcing and Staffing Institution Nepal (FOSIN) and serving to date since 2017. Also, he is a Council Member of the Asian Association of Management Organizations (AAMO) from 2017 and is a Rotarian. He believes in doing what one loves and being passionate about turning dreams into reality. He strives to strengthen the human capital of the nation and advocate for the skilling, upskilling, and reskilling of Human Resources in Nepal.
