Starting his professional journey in 2000 as a programmer at FCS Software Solutions, Sharma’s path reflects a rare blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial grit, and people-first leadership.

In 2004, driven by a vision to build solutions-oriented businesses, he founded Global Jobs Pvt. Ltd., now one of Nepal’s most recognized HR consulting firms. Known for its deep industry networks, result-driven processes, and professional integrity, Global Jobs has served a wide spectrum of clients including banks, financial institutions, multinational corporations, and trading houses -providing end-to-end services in recruitment, placement, and human capital consulting.
To complement the need for practical, real-world management education, Sharma co-founded the International Management Institute (IMI) Nepal in 2010. IMI has since become a preferred partner for organizations seeking impactful training programs and strategic consulting to build stronger, more agile teams.
